Which essential oils can I use?

Any commercially available essential oil or water-soluble fragrance is suitable. Use 3 to 5 drops for a full tank, adjusting according to desired intensity and room size.

How long does a diffusion last?

Up to 8 to 12 hours continuously with a full 300 ml tank. The device automatically stops when the tank is empty.

Does the diffuser make noise?

The ultrasonic technology operates without heat or a noisy motor. It is suitable for a bedroom or office.

Can I turn off the light?

Yes. The 7 ambient colors are adjustable or can be turned off via the included remote control.

Order & Delivery

Is delivery free?

Standard delivery is free in mainland France, with no minimum purchase. Delivery to the European Union is available for €4.90.

What are the delivery times?

Allow 3 to 10 business days to France, and 12 to 25 business days to the European Union. Our products are shipped from the warehouses of our logistics partners located outside the European Union, which explains these lead times.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment. Allow a few days for the tracking to update.

Are there any customs fees?

No. Products are delivered with VAT included, collected upstream by our shipping platform.

Returns & Refunds

Can I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. See our return policy.

What if the product arrives broken or defective?

Send us a photo or a short video to nkobina@icloud.com. Replacement or full refund, at no cost to you, and without the 14-day limit applying: the legal guarantee of conformity covers 2 years.

Who pays for return shipping?

They are at your expense if you simply change your mind. They are covered by ZAYVEO if the product is defective, damaged, or not compliant with your order.
