Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Here's how returns work at ZAYVEO.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

You then have an additional 14 days to physically return the product to us, starting from the notification of your withdrawal.

How to Proceed

  1. Contact us at nkobina@icloud.com, indicating your order number and the product concerned.
  2. We will confirm the procedure and the return address within 48 hours.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, if possible with all its accessories.
  4. Keep proof of shipment (tracking number) until your refund is confirmed.

Condition of Returned Product

The product must be returned complete and in a condition that allows it to be resold. A product reasonably tested to verify its conformity (as you would in a store) remains eligible for return. A product damaged by improper use may be subject to a deduction from the refund, up to the amount of the observed depreciation.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in the following cases, where they are fully covered by ZAYVEO:

  • the product received is defective or damaged upon delivery;
  • the product received does not match your order;
  • the product has a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee.

In these cases, contact us before any return: we will inform you of the appropriate procedure (return, replacement, or direct refund depending on the situation).

Refund

The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment (whichever date is earlier).

The refund includes the price of the product as well as the initial standard shipping costs. Since standard delivery is free in France, only the price of the product is concerned for French orders. If you chose the Express option, it will only be refunded up to the applicable standard rate.

Defective or Non-Conforming Product

If your product has a malfunction or does not match the description, contact us immediately at nkobina@icloud.com with photos or a short video of the problem found. We will offer, depending on the case, a replacement, repair, or full refund, at no cost to you.

This guarantee applies independently of the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity (up to 2 years after purchase) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
