A room doesn't transform with more light
ZAYVEO was born from a simple observation: we take care of our sofa, our curtains, our shelves — and we completely forget the air we breathe and the atmosphere that emanates from it. An interior can be perfectly tidy and still feel cold.
We select objects that create an atmosphere: a fine mist, a subtle fragrance, a soft light that changes the room without filling it. Objects designed to be turned on every evening, not put away after a week.
What we check before listing a product
- Silence — a diffuser you can hear is a diffuser you turn off. Ultrasonic technology, no motor.
- Real autonomy — a reservoir that lasts a whole evening, not forty minutes.
- Simplicity — operational in less than a minute, without a twelve-page manual.
- Safety — automatic shut-off as soon as the reservoir is empty.
Let's be upfront
ZAYVEO is a young French company, registered in Albi. We operate on a made-to-order basis: our products are shipped directly from our logistics partners' warehouses, located outside the European Union.
In concrete terms, this means two things. Delivery takes a bit longer than a standard shipment — allow 3 to 10 business days to France, 12 to 25 business days to the European Union. And that's exactly what allows us to offer you free delivery with no minimum purchase.
We prefer to tell you clearly rather than letting you find out after your order.
A responsive service
We are based in France and respond in French, within 24 business hours, to nkobina@icloud.com.
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind, in accordance with French law. And if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or fully refund it, at no cost to you and without a time limit — the legal guarantee of conformity covers two years.
