- Order data: first name, last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider. We never have access to your credit card numbers and do not store them.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, visit duration.
- Marketing data: email address, if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

4. Recipients

- our payment provider — transaction processing;
- our logistics provider and carrier — package preparation and delivery;
- if applicable, our accountant and the competent administrative authorities.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Transfers Outside the European Union
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
When your order is shipped from a warehouse outside the EU, your delivery address is transmitted to the relevant supplier solely for the purpose of shipment execution.
6. Retention Period
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Prospecting and newsletter data: 3 years from the last contact.
- Audience measurement cookies: maximum 13 months.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
